I have very mixed feelings about this. I get it, but some of it bothers me. I do believe that Clem would have had horrors seeing this and would have said, "What a lot of rubbish this is."

I remember when he would get a big lot of books from an estate sale and would have to sort through them to find the gems. There was a particular time, in the last yer before he passed I believe, that he bought a huge lot of Russian language books and declared how they were smelly but wonderful.

Anyway, yes everything will go electronic, whether it will happen in our lifetime remains to be seen. It is definitely heading that way. Sarah's high school district intends to go with entirely virtual textbooks in about two years because it's cheaper to buy the software and give every student an iPad. As it is, she has to do her algebra homework online.
